  • Show no signs of wear, damage, scratches, or alterations
  • Be returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, items that have been worn excessively or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your watch arrives damaged or you experience a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. Samuel Travis watches include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • General wear and tear
  • Water damage outside product specifications
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage caused after delivery
  • Change of mind after the return window has expired

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Samuel Travis is not responsible for lost return parcels.
